You may not believe this, but this combination of rod and reel with the 1016 G1 spool can sling a 5/16th ounce jackall 55 bling a great distance
Just an awesome rod and reel combo thanks Tim for your help I finally found the combination that I was looking for I absolutely love this setup and the reel with the spool just makes life so much easier and casting bling 55 or casting OSP crank HPF cranks
I using 8lb test but this 3lber was no match for this rod

Looks like a fun day. Good info, right there. I’m often surprised that certain spool/mag assemblies perform as well as they do. This is one combo I haven’t tried, yet. Will add to the short list. Thanks for sharing.
