Liam, our youngest, said it was one of the best dishes I have made...he and I crushed it after we had our heavy day at the gym.  I did my standard 2.5-3 hour with ~ 45 min on the heavy bag with bare knuckles and shins... getting my 54 yr old body back into some Filipino boxing/SE Asian Kun Khmer and Muay Thai training.
