Thanks Bruddah!  My biggest gripe about the current Zillion platform was that the hood is composite and attached to the main frame and not one solid piece aluminum like the OG or even Gen II Zillion.  Also, I don't like the engine cover and handle nut cover of the current Zillion either.  The Zillion HD resolves a lot of this and the reel structure itself feels plenty solid enough....getting into a good bite with lots of solid fish will help confirm the structural integrity...for now it's a winner for the way I like to fish. 😎
