I don't know how many guys here know anything about my history. About 12 years ago, I had a massive stroke. I was in a coma for about 8 days. Anyway, I never lost my desire to go bass fishing, primarily but just fishing generally. I was a JDM enthusiast since about 2002, when I first learned about Megabass and Lucky Craft through Gary Yamamoto's Inside Line.
I used to do a lot of tinkering and added aftermarket stuff all the time. Although, I never stopped fishing, as I mentioned but I haven't done any cosmetic/customizing tackle since my stroke, until a few weeks ago. In the greater scheme of things, not a big deal but a milestone for me.
Just wanted to share.
I would’ve never known, brother and I’m so sorry you had to go through that. Not to mention….Takes a lot to be vulnerable and share something like this. You have contributed so much to the community overall. You’re an asset to the culture. I’m truly grateful you’re still here and it’s been an honor to get to know you. I mean it, and I hope you’ll keep pushing forward.
That said…Please share what you’re working on when you have time. 🙏🏼🤙🏼
