Hello Peeps,

I am having an issue of a couple of ZPI straight CF handles, both need more clearance from the star drag on a couple of my Shimanos.  One is an OG Conquest 100 and the other is a 2012 Antares HG.  Are there any washers that I can apply under the handle for some additional clearance so that the tangs of the star drag doesn't keep hitting the handles when they are being rotated?

dragon1 You can try the Avail M7 washers and see if that does the trick. If you want to be more kosher, I can send you a carbon washer.

Start by using the Avail M7 washers to see how much thickness it will take to give the necessary clearance, and then also let me know what kind of drive shaft threads you have left to work with.

Post pics when you can. You can text me for quick answers too.

Thanks brother.  For now, I have someone that will be helping me out with some washers. FWIW, if the washers don't give me enough shaft threads to work with, I can always sands down the thickness of the washer a bit.
