Regarding chrome plated faceplates that have been worn, exposing yellowish plastic beneath…
Are folks repainting this piece, replaying this piece, or simply replacing this piece of the actual part is available. Does anyone have new cover plates?

You can media blast them and refinish them if you’d like, but that’s a lot of effort. I think I have a few spares. I’ll check when I get home.
