Yet another casualty of da Insidious Revenue Stealers.

I have a 9.25/10 cosmetic and 10/10+ mechanical condition RH Daiwa Alphas 103. This reel has been tuned to be an incredible shallow to mid crankbait and small 1/4-3/8 oz Chatterbait reel, and also is great for 3/8 poppers and 1/3-1/2 walking baits.

Tuning and mods:

Full internal polish by Spankey

Carbontex drag

Pacmor Kubar bearings

Steez drag star and silver aluminum handle.

Gekkabijin handle knobs with 2 bearings each.

Black Alphas SV105 tension knob

Tapped Steez drive bolt

Full clicking drag star conversion

Purple Hedgehog aluminum pawl cap and levelwind support bar.

Bolt action precise pinion and thumb bar action and engagement along with tight and precise drag star modulation and very strong drag output.

This is a little tank and gem of a reel with

5.8:1 brass gears.

There is a very small rub off on the paint in the left side top palm plate. It can be seen in pic #3 above.  Also there is one tiny pin mark to the left of the thumb bar that is centered essentially from the bottom bevel.

FWIW, with your touch brother, this one could be customized to be stellar knockout.

I also missed that the Pacmor Kubar bearings are abec 9, the inductor spring is Type R+, and there is a bearing upgrade to the levelwind.

I would accept a current model Stradic 2500/3000 as a partial credit or trade straight across for a Daiwa Luvias LT 2500/3000.
