Just a general question. I have an opportunity to acquire the A2 at a good price. I have the A, and was wondering if the 'improvements' they made were real or marketing hype.

Wish I had hands-on with both of them, but I don’t. I’m definitely more of a ‘19 Morethan guy, myself.

A2 to me, casts better with the factory spool, and the overall feel and function was tighter in the A2 I had, even though it was the XH model vs the 7.1 A1 (granted that one was a LH).  Another small detail I  really liked better, are the larger factory knobs on the A2 versus A1.
