@goldrod

Thanks Jorrick!  I have caught some big bass on lipless and jigs as well, just happens that three of my biggest in CO were on spinnerbaits.  The biggest female April 2014 at Echo Canyon Reservoir in Pagosa Springs came on an OG XCalibur 100XR in Toledo Gold color and and old school combo...an Ian tuned PT33SH and custom Seeker CFC 807F and 30lb braid + 20lb Trilene XT leader (IIRC).

@pkn8

Here is a late summer/early fall trout eater from Quincy reservoir caught on the 9th Anniversary of 911.  Since Photobucket stole the millions of photos from their bank of lied to customers, I don't have access to literally thousands of pics of bass I caught over several years...but I can back door some pics like this one off of TT.

She was just a tick over 7 (granted it was a Rapala digital scale that would read about 1/4 lb low when I compared it with my 15lb Boga)...and this female while very thick with trout, was smaller by quite a bit versus the one I caught at Echo Canyon Reservoir in April 2014.
