RCS I Shape Knob Large

Tough to locate for sure.  I have a few sets that came off the stock Z2020H and they are among my favorites.  I think HH had this same design in cork many years ago...i wish I had known about those when they were still available.

It would be easier to find some that don’t have the RCS letters that were used on a stock reel like the Zillion Type R or the Zillion PE. Not sure how much of a factor the RCS letters are but those will be fairly tough to find. They just were not that popular when they were sold individually

The ones off of the OG Zillion Type R and Zillion PE were similar in design with different end caps and also the knob material was softer and tackier.  The ones off of the Z2020H and Ryoga were a little beefier and slightly different in design, and made of a harder material that was not tacky in feel.

@dragon1 correct. The ones he’s talking about came in two variants on the z200 and z2020, Ryoga with the JDM Z2020/Ryoga  having the round end caps vs the oval ones on the USDM Z200 variant.
