I’m already a big fan of the 24 Steez, so this is on the SHORT list. Should be a fun one. T.Namiki at it again…🤙🏼

Friggin' 9.2:1?!? We shall see how those gears hold up, and how difficult and costly it will be to procure replacement gear sets.

Agreed… I usually tap out at a maximum of 7.9-8:1 on ratios for a couple reasons. One as you mentioned, durability goes down with the smaller teeth. Two… As fast as I retrieve my baits at the end of a cast, especially Fishing bottom contact as much as I do, I am prone to popping rings out on the tip guides of my rods with tungsten bullet weights if I’m not careful. 🤣 I very much prefer a 7.1 for a good balance of durability, torque, versatility and speed.

That said, I’ll probably grab one and look at possible gear swaps.

The speed thing doesn't bother me, I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home, they're not much bigger than two meters, I think they can hold up.  I prefer aluminum over magnesium or magic metal.  The reel gets lost in my hands.
