What brand/model bladed jig is your favorite and most productive?  I have been resistant to picking Jackhammers the last few years due to my own personal reasons.

Imakatsu makes a cool one, mogulla chatter. It hunts. Like all things Imakatsu, there seems to be 27 different variation.

Jackall also has a cool one for around wood cover, the break blade. The super fine is a very cool downsized version.

Great, thanks.  I see Digitaka has a nice selection listed but nothing really in stock...what are the differences with the High Rev, Monster, Pitch Max, Wobble Max models?

Any other vendors that may have these in stock?

I went with the monster, I think it’s the OG. I haven’t tried the other ones but my sense is that they are niche variations like the various JH variations like the stealth blade.

But I’m pretty simple when it comes to chatterbaits. Mostly just want something 3/8 oz that I can toss and reel in. This is not a technique where I agonize over size, color, vibration frequency, blade shape, etc…

Kool.  Do you have a source/preferred vendor for the Monster baits?

I haven’t bought any in a while but during the last binge I did a mix of Buyee, Asian Portal and Rakuten. I didn’t realize that digitaka had them.

They are pretty cheap in Japan and if you buy a bunch from the same place, the shipping is less expensive on a per bait basis (but you probably already know that).

And I misspoke, the regular mogulla moth chatter is the og. The ones that have a qualifier like “monster” are derivatives. I can’t comment on any of the derivarives.

@dragon1 Anytime. If you end up trying one of the variations and liking it, I’d love to hear about it!
